We are currently seeking an experienced Advanced Process Control Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) under the Assets Technical Solutions Department (ATSD). At GME, we offer top-notch technical support to refineries, NGLF, and petrochemical plants owned by This Company and its affiliates worldwide. As an APC expert, your main responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support to optimize operations using Advanced Process Control technologies such as DMC3, PACE or Profit Suite. You will lead improvement initiatives for all operating departments within our Global Manufacturing Portfolio.
This role requires the candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Advanced Process Control (APC). Demonstrated expertise in APC, control systems, and OPC communication. Comprehensive understanding of refinery economics, mass and energy balances is essential. Familiarity with international standards and specifications for advanced process control. Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills in the field of advanced process control. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage technical discussions and guide technical teams. Working knowledge of oil/gas-related plant processes is preferred.
