RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local authorities, including but not limited to all types of official visas, Trade & any other licenses, Work permits etc.

  • Proactively manage the timely renewal of all employee and their dependent visas and family and relevant documents i.e. KSA resident ID etc.

  • Manage the compliance of branch regulations with local laws.

  • Assist onboarding process of new employees

  • Manage local platforms like GOSI, QIWA, wage protection system, Genral authority for Zakat & Tax…etc.

  • Assist CSR in their administrative duties to complete their tasks, contact local forward agents to ensure smooth logistics.

  • Visit bank and post office to collect and deliver documents. Also, handling STC and all other bill payments.

  • Buying office supplies such as grocery, stationary as requested and checking office mailbox regularly for distribution.

  • Support any internal or external events (fairs, exhibtion, conferences ec.) by supplying/collecting related material(s) or equipment(s).

  • Responsible for all types of attestations, including but not limited to export document attestation, custom clearance, liaison with municipality and ministry of economy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • KSA National

  • University Degree

  • Very good English language skills in writing and speaking

  • 2 to 4 years relevant experience

  • Excellent university graduates will be considered

  • Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel
