Job Description
- Develop excellent relations with all government offices
- Experienced with all government authorities and portals management for Qiwa, Muqeem, TAMM, GOSI, Baladiya, COC, MOI, Port Authority, MOPET, SFDA, etc.
- Follow up all traffic violation payment and clear it from company record
- Maintain validity of all company documents such CR, licenses, Import Licenses, storage and warehouse clearance...etc.
- Assist in preparing letters and documents required for government agencies
- Follow all relevant operational and departmental procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Guide and assist with day-to-day administration
- Coordinate with government offices to acquire attestation of required official documents
- Manage the issuance of employees’ legal and official documents such visas, passports, Iqamas…etc
- Stay abreast with the government policies, regulations and new decisions
- Respond to staff inquiries on visa/labour/passport matters
- Prepare all employees related application for government purposes
- Provide report on monthly basis for all government relation process
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager
Requirements
Bachelor Degree
Computer Literate in Excel / Words and any
ERP / SAP system
5-10 years experience in similar chemical industry in
KSA is preferred.
Competent in all aspects of Sales Logistic function
– Techno-Commercial Competency Very
good understanding of all government departments & customers in Saudi Arabia.
Attention to detail
Knowledge of all government related
website functioning.
Strong communication skills
Good Inter-personnel
Communication skills in English.
Requires IT
skills.
Fluent in Arabic & English (written & Verbal)
Knowledge on Labor laws & Immigration
rules and regulation
Valid Driving License
Excellent typing skills in both
English and Arabic
