We are seeking a professional and organized Inventory cum Accounts Assistant to provide support to our team. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Keeping a record of sales and stock in the store.
Receive detailed and accurate information when goods arrive at the warehouse, carefully check and record the quantity and condition of goods when moving out of the warehouse.
Keep track of minimum inventory and stock counts for the day.
Maintain and update stock inventory and sales reports on daily basis.
Maintain comprehensive Document Management System.
Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
Scan and file all documents physically and digitally.
Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing and quoting.
Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
Proficient in calculations and basic knowledge of Accounts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Support staff with clerical duties and coordinate logistics
Arabic speaking is an advantage.
Transferable IQAMA is a must.
Joining Date- Immediately
Nationality- INDIAN (Hyderabad preferable)
