Job Description - Process Coordinator: Logistics Experience: Dammam nd Industrial City

Job Summary:

To work under the direction of the department Manager and be responsible for complying with all assigned tasks. The role may involve various operational departments.

Responsibilities/Accountability & Authority:

  1. Supporting operation-related departments such as production, procurement, logistics, planning, and warehouse with various administrative tasks.
  2. Responsible for submission and retrieval of records as per project specifics.
  3. Follow up with all department heads to ensure necessary documents are ready on time.
  4. Coordinate with all department heads for smooth internal communication and priorities.
  5. Coordinate with the Client team for controlling project-specific document transmittals.
  6. Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success.
  7. Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
  8. Assist in vendor relationship management.
  9. Coordinate logistic activities with suppliers, transporters, and clearing agents.
  10. Coordinate planning and scheduling production in line with project requirements.
  11. Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Available and flexible to work overtime as needed to support the team and business needs.
  13. Follow all safety, health, and environmental requirements.
  14. Involve in internal audits per API Q1 & ISO 9001.
  15. Other duties as needed or assigned.

Behavioral Skills/Competencies/Education & Experience Required:

Key College education with Diploma or Graduation, Technical qualification preferred. Ability to read, write, and speak in English. Should have related arithmetic skills. Knowledge working with ERP systems. Computer skills: Extensive computer handling skills and expert in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other functions. Preferable >2 years working with ERP system and document control in a manufacturing environment. Strategic Ability to understand, evaluate and apply technical information. Able to understand the business needs and drivers. Anticipates the impact of change and rises to the challenge, with the ability to accept risk and uncertainty. Operating Understand and breakdown complex systems and workflows. Confidence Can be counted on to take personal responsibility in challenging situations. Willing to engage in disputes in-order to settle them equitably. Energy Will be energized by challenges and drawn towards opportunities. Organizational Is cognizant of organizational culture and politics, and appropriately adjusts the personal style to be effective. Personal and Interpersonal Imbued with a strong sense of customer focus (internal/external). Is known to consistently adhere to work instruction and procedures and expects others to follow suit.
