QA Compliance Officer

Provide wide ranging support to the quality function, promoting and integrating quality into every aspect of our business. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks in support of specific areas of the quality system mainly focusing on the compliance to and maintenance of standards to meet ISO requirements.

Ensuring that legal and regulatory compliance is maintained in a manner that helps maximize business opportunity, as well as ensuring that internal policies are adhered to.

List of the main duties:

1. Assisting the QA manager in carrying out the functions and duties relating to ISO standards.
2. As a key member of the Integrated management system (IMS), He/ She must provide the required training for the staff.
3. The role will work heavily and collaboratively with all the departments to ensure that the organization meet the required ISO standards and contractual requirements.
4. Conduct internal audits and QA walkthroughs in order to verify compliance with the principles of ISO standards & ensure a timely response to any corrective actions that may arise from the audits.
5. Write, approve, or authorize SOPs as required.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide and share support, advice, ideas, and knowledge across QA department.
2. Implements ISO standards (QMS 9001, FSMS 22000, OHSMS 45001) or others.
3. Manage IMS team members to develop key tasks and project plans for timely completion of goals.
4. Lead Continuous Improvement and Corrective Action/Preventive Action activities.
5. Monitor the implementation of the policies and procedures across the organization.
6. Follow up the corrective actions' implementation in the branches in reference to audit report (certification bodies).
7. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
8. Monitor, Report and Recommend via audits and observation the best practice stipulated by official bodies such as the SFDA, ISO & SASO.
9. Ensure full compliance of HSE policy and procedures.
10. Perform all other related duties as requested.

Experience & Qualification:

1. Master's - Bachelor's degree with Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Food science and technology / Microbiology science / Agricultural science or equivalent.
2. Diploma in the above subjects with Minimum 5-7 years of experience in food industry, Microbiology or logistics.
3. English speaking and writing.
4. ISO 22000 FSMS certification & HACCP certification.
5. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft & Outlook.
6. Possess more than 4 years in implementing ISO standards, SOP and policies according to SASO, SFDA, Municipality and matching with ISO standards and certification bodies.
7. Comprehensive knowledge of ISO standards and local regulation.
8. Experience in quality investigations and audit.
