Hiring for one of the promising trucking companies in KSA

Job Title: HR Admin

Job Summary:

Join the ambitious startup trucking company, FMT Logistics Services, as an HR Admin and support the growth and success of our innovative logistics solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). As an HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in the HR operations and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. This position involves handling employee records, assisting with recruitment, and payroll, and supporting various HR functions. With your expertise in the Saudi market, particularly in dealing with governmental entities, and strong knowledge of Saudi regulations, you will help shape our HR strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain HR files and documents.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
  • Liaise with governmental entities to ensure compliance with regulations and manage related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Saudi nationality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Previous experience dealing with governmental entities in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
