Job Summary

In this role you will be aligned with Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting - Supply Chain & Operations vertical and help us in the system of organizations, people, activities, information, and resources involved in moving a product or service from supplier to customer.

You will be working on functional areas of Supply Chain Management, with projects of demand/supply/replenishment planning, inventory optimization, supply chain network and footprint re-design, supply chain control tower implementations, warehousing and logistics transformation, logistics hubs design and implementations, manufacturing operations transformation. The projects would include also supply chain platforms (planning and fulfillment) transformation programs

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Consultant, you will report to the leadership team, with responsibilities of:

• Developing the Supply Chain & Operations consulting business across key clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Leading the delivery of one or multiple engagements, with responsibilities of guiding the Accenture team and liaising with Client’s stakeholders.
• Driving the growth of the Supply Chain & Operations practice, capabilities, team and skills in Saudi Arabia.
• Establishing as a key executive in the Accenture Saudi Arabia practice with overall responsibilities of contributing to the development of Accenture business and company in Saudi Arabia.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Degree/ master’s in business management and/ or Supply Chain would be an advantage.
• 3+ years Management Consulting experience with a specialisation in Supply chain consulting.
• Consulting expertise gained within a large reputable consulting firm. Big 4 or other consulting firms would be preferable.
• Experience of Supply Chain transformation (demand/supply planning, supply chain network, supply chain operations, warehousing and logistics) is essential.
• Fluent Arabic speaker is essential.
• Experience in program and project management is essential
