CNC Turret Punching Machine Operator

Working Hours: 8 hours/day + 4 hours overtime

Duties: As a CNC Turret Punching Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating CNC Turret Punching Machines efficiently and safely.
  
• Setting up machines according to job specifications.
  
• Loading and unloading materials into the machine.
  
• Running test programs to ensure proper machine functionality.
  
• Monitoring machine operations to detect any issues or malfunctions.
  
• Performing routine maintenance on machines as needed.
  
• Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy.
  
• Following all safety protocols and procedures.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience operating CNC Turret Punching Machines.
  
• Proficiency in operating AMADA Machines or any machines with Fanuc Control Systems.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  
• Understanding of machine operations and mechanics.
  
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in production.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during machine operation.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
  
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials when necessary.
