We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Director to join our esteemed senior-management team at our Saudi based client. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in steering the financial direction of our multifaceted enterprise, ensuring alignment with our long-term objectives. With a heritage rooted in integrity, excellence, and social responsibility, our Finance Director will embody these values while overseeing financial operations across nine key sectors, ranging from Automotive to Affiliates. This executive will be responsible for crafting sophisticated financial strategies, optimizing our financial performance, and contributing to the global expansion plans with meticulous financial insight. This integral position requires an individual with a profound understanding of international finance, robust analytical skills, and an unwavering commitment to upholding the fiscal integrity and transparency that propels our client towards its vision for the future.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a strategic role within a large, diversified holding company.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.

Proven experience in managing finance in multiple sectors such as Automotive, Real Estate, and Manufacturing, among others.

Exceptional knowledge of international financial regulations, Saudi Arabian fiscal policies, and financial best practices.

Demonstrated ability to lead financial strategy development and implementation across a multinational corporation.

Strong experience in leading and mentoring a diverse, multinational finance team.

Experience in corporate governance, risk management, and compliance.

Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial models that align with corporate strategies.

Superior negotiation and decision-making skills.

Proven track record in driving organizational growth and increasing financial profitability.

Experience in sourcing and managing financing for large-scale projects.

Proficient with finance software and advanced financial analytics tools.

Fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic being highly advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

Guide the financial planning and analysis efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Lead budget formulation, financial reporting, and the establishment of rigorous financial controls.

Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and the board, providing actionable financial insights and recommendations.

Drive financial efficiency and profitability by identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.

Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external partners to secure advantageous financial arrangements.

Champion the financial integration of new business ventures and manage financial risks associated with expansion.

Present in-depth financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders, clearly explaining complex financial information.

Direct the company's investment strategy, and portfolio management to ensure maximized returns.

Drive the continuous improvement of financial systems and procedures, embracing innovation in financial processes.

Foster a culture of financial awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
