Urgently required for a leading largest Cement Company in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Requirements needed for the position
Education: ITI/Vocational Training
Previous Experience
Minimum 6 year in the same field
Languages
English (reading & writing / good)
Job Profile/Mission
-Lubricate machinery according to manufacturer recommendation and according to working hours
-Implement safety and environment regulations
-Perform routine machinery inspection.
-Efficient and effective running routine preventive maintenance.
-Ensure protection of environment in compliance with plant standards within his field of activities
-Ensure the safety of the machines and personnel
-Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
-Watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
-Observe equipment in operation to detect potential problems.
-Maintain inventories of materials, equipment, or products.
-Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
-Maintain repair or maintenance records in addition to lubrication records
-Clean work areas and dispose used lubricating materials.
-Clean equipment, parts, or tools to repair or maintain them in good working order.
-Check fluids to identify contamination or other problems.
