We are looking for Mechanical Supervisor for the Riyadh Metro rail Projects. Riyadh Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an experienced Mechanical supervisor to oversee our team of Mechanical Technicians. In this role you will be responsible for training and mentoring staff creating work schedules providing technical assistance and monitoring work progress.

Electrical Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing work plans for the mechanical foreman/technician.
• Collecting work related plans/documents from the Mechanical engineer/ Construction manager and sharing them with the team.
• Monitoring the project progress of the work such as installation of HVAC Chillers plumbing fire fighting piping ducting MEP inspecting and evaluating the work done by the Technicians. Preparing work reports on an asneeded basis.
• Reading and interpreting construction plans to ensure proper installation of Mechanical systems. Providing the necessary tools equipment and PPE to the electrical teams.
• Ensure work is completed on time and as directed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.

Desired profile :

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical engineering with 58 years of experience in Mechanical projects in the Construction Industry /manufacturing industry.
• Proven work experience as an Mechanical supervisor and project execution knowledge are a must.
• Installation of HVAC Chillers plumbing fire fighting piping ducting knowledge are must.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills are needed to manage foreman and mechanical technician levels about 2030 people.
• Should be interested in performing about 10 hours of duty per day. Indepth knowledge of commercial buildings Metro Rail projects/Airport and industrial electrical systems.
• Good in communication skills.

Duration of the Project : 12 months and it will be extendable further subject to project progress.

Rewards : Salary range SAR 3500 to SAR 4000 PM maximum Other benefits : Shared bachelors accommodation Food Transportation & Mediclaim policy Iqama Transfer / work visa will be arranged. Salary is not constraints for right candidates.
