QA QC Manager

Role Description Summary :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality control activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, conducting audits and inspections, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.

The Quality- Testing Engineer is responsible for inspection and testing of Mechanical Seals as per API 682 Stander. In addition, responsible of the QA/QC procedures and implementation of the company.

Preferred Experience / Skills: Preferred Experience / Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical degree.

Minimum 3 years of hands of experience in Mechanical Seals and pump testing and industry experience

Knowledge of API-682-610/ISO standards.

Familiar with Seal Systems.

Responsible for product to make sure it meets quality and manufacturing standards.

implementation all new ISO audit .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to apply technology to identify of test problems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
• Experience in conducting audits and inspections
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Industrial Engineering)
• Certifications in quality assurance (e.g., CQA, Six Sigma) are a plus

Responsibilities Requirements:

Understanding test requirement of mechanical seals and planning accordingly. If any modification is required, need to work with cross function team for coordination.

Preparing test Report/Certification and submission for customers approval.
