Our client is a globally recognized leader in the commercial water feature industry with over five decades of experience in designing and manufacturing world-class water features. Our client leads the water-feature industry in product innovation and cutting-edge design, from lights and nozzles to programming technology.

Position Summary:

Our client is looking for an ERP tech consultant to join their team. They are implementing Epicore which will be a full suite CRM: inventory, engineering, finance etc. They have the implementation team from Epicore, they are also choosing an implementation project manager on a consulting basis. Reporting to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage information technology and computer systems (ERP & Operating Systems).
  

• Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  

• Provide levels 1 to 3 IT helpdesk/technical support and assistance for incoming queries and issues related to computers, servers, software, and hardware over phone, email, or in person.
  

• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
  

• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  

• Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  

• Organize and Maintain an absolute order of the Companys engineering Database (ln ERP system and in Solidworks Enterprise PDM).
  

• Be a Subject Matter Expert in configuration management of product variants.
  

• Create and enforce policies for effective data management.
  

• Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
  

• Lead and develop data collection, building reports, maintaining the database, managing and publishing data etc.
  

Top Requirements:

• Systems/Data Administration: Post implementation, be the oversight for all things systems admin related.
  

• Support the ERP implementation: From a project management / systems admin perspective in partnership with their Consultant.
  

• Leadership & Hardware Background: Have a hardware background enough to be a leader for the IT Information Lead , and be a leader on the company s hardware requirements.
  

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an ERP Administrator (ideally Epicor) in a similar industry.
  

• ERP certification (Epicor highly desirable).
  

• Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding languages.
  

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
  

• Specialization in business administration or a related field will be advantageous.
