URGENT REQUIREMENTS FOR CNC MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

*URGENT REQUIREMENT*1. Maintenance Technician For CNC machine. *Job responsibilities*:
1. Perform General Electrical and Mechanical maintenance.
2. ⁠Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
3. Repair and Replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
4. ⁠Good Knowledge of various test equipment.
5. ⁠Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines, following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturers instructions and engineering specifications, troubleshooting malfunctions.
6. ⁠Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operations, listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing instruments.
7. ⁠Removes defective parts by dismantling devices, using hoist, cranes and hand and power tools, examining form and texture of parts.
8. ⁠Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques, monitoring compliance.
9. ⁠Prepares mechanical maintenance report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
10. ⁠Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
11. ⁠Awareness of required PPE’s & Firefighting systems in workplace. If any emergency evacuation procedures shall be followed.
