ASSISTANT MANAGER AUTOMOTIVE FRANCHISE MANAGEMENT GROUP -AFTERSALES One of the most popular automotive brands in the Middle East whose range includes passenger and commercial vehicles and high powered 4 X 4’s is looking for a quality leading Assistant Manager. The company has significant growth plans in the Saudi region and you will enhance the sales and service quality operations with the focus being customer, loyalty and repurchase.

As a key member to the team you will enhance the Brand image through enhancement of customer experience and provide Branches and Sales and After-sales Dealers with the necessary support and guidance to align with the Brands global objectives. You will set individual objectives, monitor team activates and performance and provide necessary coaching and support for individual development of the Regional Franchise team. Good leadership, managerial and analytical skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others are essential for this role. You will be educated to degree level in a business related discipline and have an extensive background in automotive sales or after sales operations.
