Head of International Markets Support, Saudi Pension Investment Management Company, Riyadh

Our client is looking to hire an individual as a Support Head of International Markets to play a key role in managing various investment-related activities and providing support to the the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and the International Markets team. This role will involve coordinating with different departments, maintaining investment databases, developing data analysis tools, managing team members, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing the execution of agreements with third parties.

[1] Key Relationships:

• Play a key role in providing support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and the International Markets team
• Coordinate with different departments and managing team members

[2] Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage the investment closing processes in collaboration with relevant departments
• Work with other departments to prepare performance data for reporting purposes
• Assist the CIO with inter-departmental requests and tasks
• Oversee the execution of all documents and agreements with third parties in compliance with our clients DoA and archive all pre and post-closing documents
• Maintain and manage investment-related trackers and databases
• Develop tools for data analysis to support decision-making processes
• Coordinate and manage investment-related requests from other departments
• Conduct periodic reviews of information shared with external managers

[3] Skills and Knowledge:

• Advanced understanding of international cash, fixed income, and equity markets
• Advanced quantitative skills

[4] Requirements:

• 5-10 year's experience in investment operations with working knowledge of investment risk management, legal and compliance
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field
