Job Description - IT Sales Consultant/Account Manager/Sales Executive

ORIONEDGE IT CONSULTING SERVICES is Looking for the Sales & Marketing team for the post of IT Sales Consultant / Account Manager / Sales Executive. Location: Al Khobar or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Role Summary:
• This experienced sales professional will identify, develop and manage opportunities to provide SAP/ ERP Information Technology & IT infrastructure system solutions and services to Eastern or central province market prospects within focused business sectors.
• Annual sales target (Accrued revenue) for this position will be mutually agreed from all products/solutions/services offered by ORIONEDGE.
• The role is eligible for an aggressive Sales Commission Plan designed to reward top achiever’s performance. Job Description:
Sales Consultant/Account Manager is responsible to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth with specific focus on Sales activities. This role involves engagement with customers by aggressively promoting the products / solutions and service contracts/Service Level Agreements (SLA)/ Annual maintenance contracts while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities:
• Develop deep relationships with target prospects in focused geographic regions.
• Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
• Coordinate with OEM’s/vendor’s/distributors & our own estimation team to deliver winning proposals to customers.
• Develop sales strategies and unique value propositions and solutions for clients.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline of 3-4 X sales target.
• Generate business inquiries through customer engagements and ensure that these are converted to confirm orders/SLA’s through proper monitoring.
• Develop & maintain best practices in business communication.
• Adhere to the company’s Ethics & Compliance policies.
• Will be responsible for generating periodic sales related reports to the management.
• Will assist the immediate supervisor in building the sales and service team to ensure a Customer Centric approach to meet or exceed business goals of the company.
• Timely completion of any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor and ORIONEDGE management team. Primary Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years sales experience in selling SAP/ERP & IT integration projects /services contracts in the Saudi Arabian market.
Experience with the consultative sales approach in analyzing challenges of potential clients. Additional Qualifications:
• Proposing and building relationships with C level executives
• Excellent oral and written communication skills & outstanding presentation skills
• Significant experience in targeted account sales strategies
• Ability to work closely with team members in strict timelines and delivery commitments.
• Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements within the industry sectors and enterprise markets
• Experience with Sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and CRM tools
• Ability to travel extensively as required, primarily but not limited to the specified NA region
• College degree in IT required.
