Job Description
Role Purpose:
To manage the end-to-end Design & Innovation Strategy, lease with different functions to gather requirements for different projects such as mobile app, corporate communication, marketing requirements, and product development. To work closely with me on creating solid presentations and communications that will be communicated internally to top management, board, and Bupa global. To create content, research for the best user and customer experience solutions and has some analytical skill in building solid dashboard logics and design. To manage projects under the Design & Innovation unit.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Corporate Communications;
To execute the corporate communication strategy Create powerful designs that communicate different projects Gather content and requirements from different function To keep with a solid delivery schedule of these communications on a weekly basis To build solid presentations and to understand how to communicate them based on the target audience
2- Project Management;
To manage projects under the Design & Innovation Unit To create a proper solid method though different project management tools To push for project readiness and deliver based on due dates To raise risks before hand and come up with solutions To connect the dots between different functions To conduct needed meetings to fill the missing gaps
3- Content Creation & Translation;
Able to articulate content creation in Arabic and English following the agreed brand guidelines and communications Content management though different platforms To develop impactful content for presentations and any communication needed Track all content management related activities
4- Innovation, Research & Analytics;
To drive the innovation and research strategy Gather insights and work closely with the experience team and multiple stakeholders to address member pain points To actively research the best digital, customer centric and up to date solutions and work on how we can adapt them within our overall strategy To conduct annual innovation sessions to build to gather requirements on different solutions and platforms To build solid dashboard logics and designs Able to evaluate different vendors Able to come up with benchmarking documents
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Content Creation and Translation Project Management Research Abilities & Benchmarking Analytical Skills & Dashboard Development Graphic Design skills. Communication/Research, Marketing/Branding and/or Design Professional in using PowerPoint & Excel a plus if they can use Adobe InDesign Some graphic design skills and willing to learn and build up
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design or related field
