In 2023 we embarked on an exciting journey to bring Nordic Education to Saudi Arabia to train the local talent with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of technology.Integrify was founded for the sole purpose of changing whats next for people who deserve a shot at a better future through education. Were now looking for an Operations Manager to execute our mission. As our first Operations Manager in Riyadh you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our programs and operations in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for overseeing program setup and execution as well as managing relationships with instructors clients and partners.

What youll be doing:

• Training Program Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of program setup and execution including scheduling logistics resource allocation and student management.
• Instructor Management: Recruit onboard and manage a network of qualified instructor contractors ensuring highquality delivery of educational programs.
• Client and Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and industry stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
• Operations Optimization: Implement efficient processes and systems to streamline operations improve program delivery and enhance overall effectiveness.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales tech and other teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving company goals and objectives.

In short youll be part of a small team entering a new market which means that the job responsibilities might vary in this role you will get to enjoy a variety of different tasks while working closely with the CEO.

What makes you a great fit for the role:

• University degree in business administration operations management or a related field.
• Multiple years of experience in operations management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of problemsolving decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
• Determined and goaloriented with a growth mindset
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate there
