Job Description - Payroll Supervisor

Job Purpose:

compensation and Benefits Specialist to oversee and administer the employees’ perfect rewards and smart benefits. You will assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organizational trust, and satisfaction.

The goal is to attract, retain and motivate high quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing our company’s profile as best place to work.

Direct Role:

  • and ensure all compensation, benefits and payroll related activities are processed correctly and timely.
  • and reviews manpower budget in the Foundation and forecasts budget for salary increases.
  • and updates employees benefit and makes sure they are aligned with HR policies and procedures.
  • annual salary review and matches it with performance evaluation to propose salary increase system.
  • Prepares annual bonus policies based on the Foundation performance and employee evaluation.
  • a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
  • a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
  • that compensation practices are following current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.).
  • and administer activities of Merit Increases, Annual Incentive Plan, Flexible Benefits.
  • various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
  • employees needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees.
  • with Functional Leaders and Talent Acquisition to prepare and design compensation proposals for external candidates and internal moves/promotions.
  • job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
  • in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
  • pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value.
  • effective communication strategies and success metrics
  • policies and procedures, research or devises methods of organizing tasks and coordinates implementation of approved programs.
  • the delivery of compensation-based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews and conducting pay.

Required Education:

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or any relevant field.

Required Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software example: MENA / SAP/ Oracle/
  • Ability to process basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of general payroll practices, procedures, operations and legislation.
  • Budgeting, Costing, Planning.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
  • knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
  • Good understanding of compensation and benefits issues and the HR environment.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong with numbers and General Math Skills.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Access,
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Analyzing Information, Data Entry Skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to build productive relationships with all levels of co-workers and external contacts, working effectively through email.

Required Experience: 4-5 year

  • 4-5 Years of Experience HR, C&B Section, recruitment & Operation in general.
