Responsibilities
• Visit real estate offices and various properties • Collect property details such as size, location, amenities, pricing, license/owner details, and availability • Gather information through surveys, interviews, walk-ins, and telecommunication • Conduct on-site photoshoots of housing and office locations • Capture high-quality photographs for marketing and documentation purposes • Seek new listing opportunities through daily visits to real estate offices • Expand the database of available properties • Maintain a database of available properties with agencies • Delete/remove any unavailable listings • Achieve predetermined listing collection targets set by the organization
