Job Description - Receptionist, Media, marketing

Job Description

A reputable media and marketing company in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the media or marketing industry. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of daily activities, and providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  4. Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
  5. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  6. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  7. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
  9. Manage office supplies and inventory
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy
  7. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  8. Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
  9. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic is required
