Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Hilton in Mecca, SA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote the hotel and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create strategies that align with the overall business objectives, as well as analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity to grow and develop within the company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms - Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs - Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content - Manage social media accounts and engage with followers - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Stay up-to-date on digital marketing best practices and industry trends - Report on campaign performance to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1 year of experience in digital marketing - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong critical thinking and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
