Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a leading company in the region, we are looking for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success in driving online visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement across multiple platforms - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions - Analyze key metrics and track performance to identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts - Lead a team of digital marketing specialists to execute campaigns and projects - Manage budget allocation and ensure ROI on all digital marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions - Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Adaptable and motivated with a willingness to learn and grow - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills - Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices
