Job Description:
As an Online Marketing Assistant at Al-Yamama, you will be responsible for supporting the online marketing team in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with senior marketing staff to develop and execute online campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales. Your role will involve analyzing data and trends to optimize marketing efforts, as well as staying updated on industry best practices.
Responsibilities: - Assist in creating and managing online marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engines - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts - Collaborate with the design team to create engaging digital content - Support the development of marketing materials, including copywriting and editing - Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives - Stay informed on industry trends and new digital marketing tools - Assist in organizing events and promotions to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Dedicated and confident personality traits - Strong time management and people management skills - Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
