1.Responsible for user operations, including but not limited to: CRM, activity planning, user acquisition, and customer retention.
2.Support user data analysis, including daily operational data, budget management, user segmentation system etc..
3.Have the insights of user demand, explore and summarize the shopping reasons and scenarios of different people. Improve user experience to achieve business goals.
4.Research the key strategies of competitors. Find the growth opportunities by market research, data analysis, and other methods.
5.Cooperate with BA、PM 、RD and other team to make the project on schedule.
1.More than 5 years of experience in internet user operations, have a good command of analysis tools and methods, own the data-driven mindset, be able to design experiment, review effect, and iterative strategy.
