To manage a building efficiently and supervise events. To liaison with internal and external stakeholders for smooth business operations. In this role you will: Strategic Sourcing Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient sourcing of goods and services. Ensuring timely conversion of PR to PO to GRN Market visits for price evaluation & analyzing data by keeping track of market dynamics. Analysis of alternate products Liaison with the requisitioner department for forecasted demand ERP proficient Vendor Management Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to secure favourable terms and pricing. Facilities Management Oversee the maintenance and security of office facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Managing rental, utility and vendor payments during TAT. Fleet management Travel management Housekeeping Fit out planning and monitoring. Ensure timely execution of Buildouts and Projects Laision with govt. authorities and landlords Arrangement of inhouse and external meetings/events Implementing Safety and security protocols, safety drills Ensure timely repair and maintenance of offices, furniture/fixtures, and machines/equipment. Executing contracts & SLAs wherever required Budgeting and Financial Management Develop and manage budgets for procurement and administrative functions Policy & Process Development Establish and update procurement and administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with senior management to align procurement and administrative functions with the organization's overall strategic goals. Inventory management Maintain inventory levels and ensure monthly stock count. Tracking of assets: Handing over, taking over of assets for new joiners/leavers Receiving and issuance of material on Excel/company ERP.
