TheHuman Resources Generalist position supports the Human ResourcesDirector in all aspects of HR including, but not limited to, thedevelopment, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of sixmajor areas Employee Relations, Payroll Administration, safetyprogram, employee healthand
welfarebenefits, local, state, and federal reporting, and commercialinsurance
Duties:
- Maintainscompetency and Knowledge of current standards and practice, trends,and developments in related scope of job role or
- Participatesin ongoing quality improvementactivities
- Maintainscompliance with organizations policies, as well as establishedpractices, protocols, and procedures of the position, department,and applicable professionalstandards
- Complies with organizational and regulatory policies for handlingconfidential employeeinformation
- Demonstratesexcellent customer service through their attitude and actions,consistent with the standardscontainedin the Mission, Vision and Values of the organization
- Adheresto professional standards,hospital policies and procedures,federal, state, and local requirements, and TJC standards and/orstandard from other accreditingbodies
Requirements
- Provenexperience as an HR Generalist
- Understandingof human resources policiesandprocedures
- Goodknowledge of employment/labor lawsrequired
- BA/BSrequired; Business Admin or Human Resources preferred
