This role offers the opportunity to work on complex legal matters and provide expert advice to clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Provide legal advice and support on corporate and regulatory matters to clients in various industries.
– Advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and other corporate transactions.
– Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
– Conduct legal research and analysis to support the development of legal strategies and solutions for clients.
– Participate in negotiations, mediations, and dispute resolutions on behalf of clients.
– Stay updated on changes in corporate and regulatory laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and provide guidance to clients accordingly.
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal issues and provide proactive legal support.
– Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Salary:
SAR 35,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
– Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university, with a strong academic record.
– Admitted to practice law in in a recognised jurisdiction, with a valid license to practice as a lawyer.
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate and regulatory law, preferably at an international law firm or reputable corporate legal department.
– In-depth knowledge of corporate and regulatory laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of their practical application.
– Proven track record of handling complex corporate transactions and regulatory matters with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide strategic legal advice to clients.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
– Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment, with a high level of integrity and ethical conduct.
– Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, with the ability to draft legal documents and communicate effectively in both languages.
