• Manage theexecution of day to day projects and external agency partnerprojects.
• Audio/Video/PhotoProduction
• Graphic DesignAgency
• Social MediaAgency
• Collateral PrintingCompanies
• Execute paid media/advertising planfor local and national placements
• Contentcreation and management across multiple onlineplatforms.
• Draft and edit advertising copyradio spots and marketing materials including (but not limited to)marketing posters/banners resort collateral inhouse guestnewsletters/eblasts brochures transient marketing materials salesbrochures rack cards einvitations print ads webbanners
• Collaborate with the Director ofMarketing & Public Relations Director of Sales &Marketing Director of F&B Spa and Cultural departments indevelopment and execution of marketing strategies and plans togenerate revenue growth
• Ensure that BanyanTree brand image and marketing guidelines and standards are upheldreviewing all inhouse and external print and digitalmaterials.
• Promotional listings/eblasts forOTAs (online travel agents).
• Work with BanyanTree Corporate to stay updated on all brand internet marketingcampaigns toolkits and standards. Participate in Corporate onlinemarketing call and report back to team.
• Develop review and post social media content including image andvideo conceptualization and captioncopywriting.
• Monitor and manage activity andengagement on social channels including Facebook Instagram Twitterand YouTube while developing appropriate and timelyresponses.
• Represent hotel by attending socialand culinary events onsite and/or offsite to capture social mediacontent where appropriate (evenings and weekends may berequired)

• Previousexperience in the same role in 5 stars brandhotels.
• Must have the experience in the localmarket.
• Fluent writing and Speaking inEnglish
• Career and results oriented with theability to be flexible with hours days off assignment andadditional duties.
• Must be able to work wellunder pressure in a fast paced and constantly changingenvironment.
• Excellent written verbal andcommunication skills.
• Must be strong teamplayer with proven leadership development and delegatingskills.
• High guest service skills with thetalent knowledge and the vision and ability to lead colleagues toexcellence.
