About the job Emergency Room Nurse (ER) Position: Emergency Room Nurse ( ER ) - Native English Speakers Preferred Location: Neom, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Contract Details: Full Time, Permanent We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Western qualifiedEmergency Room Nurse ( ER )for a reputed client in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who is dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the local community. As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate and effective care to patients in emergency situations. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and efficient care to patients in emergency situations, including assessing, triaging, and treating patients as per established protocols. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive patient experience. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Western Qualified only ) Valid nursing license and registration in the state. Minimum of 8 years of experience in an emergency room setting. BLS and ACLS certification. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.
