POSITIONSUMMARY

Update information board on a regular basis toinform employees of important events. Provide assistance andguidance to employees who are struggling with job duties (e.g. lowpackage sales numbers). Assign lead calls or emails to SalesExecutives based on line rotation. Create spreadsheets to organizeinformation related to Sales and Marketing activities (e.g. mailinglists tours). Enter retrieve reconcile and verify information insoftware involved in the sales process. Contact appropriateindividual or department as necessary to resolve guest callsrequests or problems. Promote awareness of brand image internallyand externally. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue whilemaintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott including upselling.Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview packagesales/tours and answer questions about propertyfacilities/services.

Assist management in hiring training schedulingevaluating counseling disciplining and motivating and coachingemployees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of theGuarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Reportaccidents injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager. Followall company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personalappearance are clean and professional; protect company assets.Anticipate and address guests service needs; assist individualswith disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speakwith others using clear and professional language; prepare andreview written documents accurately and completely; answertelephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence toquality expectations and standards; identify recommend develop andimplement new ways to increase organizational quality. Read andvisually verify information in a variety of formats. Move liftcarry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10pounds without assistance.
