Assign specific job duties to data entry staff to obtain a more cohesive workflow. Verify and resolve donor deferral totals with Mid-Atlantic, Appalachian and Greater Alleghenies regions to accurately account for all deferred donors. Follow-up with other regions to ensure accurate totals on Operation Reports. Accurately review donor deferral BDR's to ensure all demographics and deferral assertions are accurately registered. Receive and manage donor callbacks.
