We are seeking a proactive and motivated General HR Trainee under the Tamheer program to join our Human Resources team. This offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of HR. As a General HR trainee, you will assist in a wide range of HR tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of our HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support the onboarding process for new employees, preparing necessary documentation and facilitating orientation. Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Participate in HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR-related documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and generating reports. Aid in organizing training and development programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities. Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment by assisting in employee relations activities and addressing employee concerns. Collaborate with the HR team on projects and initiatives, providing support as needed. Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute fresh ideas to the team. Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements. Requirements Saudi nationality is a must. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, English language, and translation. Not registered in the social insurance systems or the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development with any employment during the six months preceding the application. Currently not employed elsewhere. No prior participation in the program. Please note that the training program will have a duration of six months.
