Head of Presales - Managed Services Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communication engineering or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or a related field within the Managed Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Proven track record leading the presales activities in the Managed Services and BPO sector for at least 3 years. • In-depth understanding of Managed Services and BPO solutions, including infrastructure management, application support, cloud services, and business process outsourcing.• Familiarity with industry standards, frameworks, and best practices related to Managed Services and BPO.• Strong knowledge of IT service management and delivery models.• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing team in the Managed Services and BPO presales domain.•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.•Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.•Proven ability to influence and negotiate at different organizational levels.•Deep understanding of the Managed Services and BPO industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
