Job Title:Mechanic.

JobClassification: Operational ServiceSupport.

JobLocation:KSA.

JobPurpose:

The position isresponsible for providing mechanical faults recommending repairsolutions for machinery and conducting service in line with bestrecommended standards. The position reports directly to theRegional Service Manager.

JobAccountabilities:

• TechnicalDiagnostics and Repairs: Diagnose mechanical faultsand recommend repair solutions to the Regional Service Manager.Create effective technical reports on mechanical failure analysisand warranty and provide them to the Regional Service Manager. Tobe able to operate all equipment and fully understand its functionto evaluate performance and determine if a problem exists or not.Interpret service and parts manuals as well as schematics/diagramsfor application to the repair plan. Advise customers on equipmentoperations and preventivemaintenance.

• Compliancewith Service Policies and Procedures: Ensure thatall work is carried out following company occupational health andsafety regulations and with relevant environmental standards.Follow company uniform (dressing code) and safety gear at alltimes. Carry out repairs as per industry and supplierprescribedstandards. Maintain a clean and organized work area and workshopfloor.

• TechnicalSkills Development: Have a minimum requiredunderstanding of necessary machine systems and identify problemsusing necessary electronic and mechanical tools as per suppliersinstructions. Compliance with Technician Career Development Plan(TCDP). Have a good knowledge of the technical aspects of themachinery andequipment.

• Utilization/ Productivity / Efficiency: Carry out repairs toequipment in the minimum possible time and the minimum number oftrips to customers sites and alternatively within the companyworkshop.

KeyRequirements:

• GoodCommand of Spoken and Written EnglishSkills.

• TechnicalDiploma.

• Provenexperience in heavymachines.

• Knowledge ofthe Schematics and the diagrams of the heavymachines.

• Has goodknowledge of our products or equivalent competitorunits.

• Able to doAssembly and Disassembly and basic Troubleshooting.

• Able to carry outPreventive Maintenance and remove and install components.

• Able to do PDI / FDA /Commissioning.
