Highly Experienced Sales Manager, Textile Focused Education Level: High School (or equivalent)We're Mkamin, a large trading company in Saudi Arabia that trades in The PVC-PTFE Textiles.We're looking for an all-rounder, exceptional, highly skilled, dynamic, results-driven & deeply experienced sales manager who really practically knows everything that's going on, in retail sales management to effectively run our retail sales operations and manage our offline sales teams in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia. We're looking for someone who's a proven real expert and who will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for Mkamin.» Duties and responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients along with continually building and maintaining strong relationships with existing key customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.- Managing & motivating our team(s) of sales representatives, including consistently following up with them & supervising their performance, and providing coaching & mentorship to help them reach their individual and team sales goals.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets while expanding existing customer accounts along with consistently analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.- Preparing detailed sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics to track progress against set objectives, and identifying areas for improvement.
