Responsibilities:
- Workon all phases of transportation projects from project start tofinish
- Lead/manage thetechnical design of transportation projects including roadwaygeometrics design, utility/drainage design, hydraulicmodeling/analysis, maintenance of traffic design, traffic analysisand traffic signal design, public involvement coordination andPhase I/II design tasks forIDOT
- Review designplans for compliance with federal, state and localregulations
- Communicatewith clients, districts and stateagencies
- Involvementin professional organizations to enhance firmsvisibility
Requirements:
- degree in CivilEngineering
- 5+years of experience in designing roadways for municipalities,various Illinois counties andIDOT
- PELicense
- MicrosoftOffice experience (Word,Excel)
- Experience withAutoCAD/Civil 3D and/orMicroStation
