Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation and benefits Map out salary ranges for our open positions perform Salary and benefits comparison Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates Report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs, employee turnover Create charts, spreadsheets, and give graphical presentations to the management Responsible for calculating benefit (incentives, bounce, etc).
