The HRBP is the focal point of their perimeter, working closely with our operational and center of excellence teams to deliver the best solutions to our employees and business leaders with efficiency and high-quality standards.Main responsibilities:1- HR Business Partnering with Managers and Employees• Work closely with the business and support managers with all human resources-related topics• Point of contact of employees and manager for HR-related topics for advisory, grievance and communication purposes• Carrying out qualitative and quantitative resource management in cooperation with the Business and challenging management to ensure the right level of recruitment (competencies management, headcount planning, staffing).• Takes the lead role in the review of current and proposed organization tables;
