ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our HR team and business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance to drive business objectives and enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand and anticipate HR needs and align HR initiatives with business objectivesProvide day-to-day consultation and coaching on a wide range of HR topics, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectivenessLead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforceDesign and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledgeCollaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulationsDrive employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and employee communication strategiesPartner with HR team to manage employee benefits and compensation programsConduct effective performance appraisals and provide ongoing performance feedback to managers and employeesStay informed about HR best practices and industry trends, and implement innovative HR solutions to drive business success
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldProven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR roleThorough understanding of HR practices and employment lawsStrong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectivesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work effectively under pressure and handle confidential informationExperience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relationsKnowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeProfessional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
