JobSummary:

The HR Manager is a pivotalrole within the organization responsible for overseeing the HumanResources department and implementing policies and programs thatsupport the companys goals and values. This role involves managingall aspects of the HR function including talent acquisitioncompensation and benefits employee relations performance managementand compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will work closelywith senior management to develop strategies that enhance employeeengagement promote a positive work environment and support theorganizations growth and development.

Job Description:

• Lead therecruitment process to attract hire and onboard top talent ensuringa smooth and positive candidateexperience.
• Develop and implement strategiesfor talent sourcing including building relationships

• Assesstraining needs and develop programs to enhance employees skills and

• Manageonboarding programs for new hires ensuring they are effectivelyintegrated

• Oversee the performance reviewprocess ensuring it is fair consistent and aligned withorganizational goals.
• Provide support andguidance to managers on performance management issues and

• Ensure compliance with all labor lawsand regulations reducing legal risks and

• Oversee HR administrative tasksincluding maintaining employee records processing

• Prepare and manage the HR budgetensuring efficient use ofresources.

JobRequirements:

• Minimum 4 6years of experience in the HR Field at least 2 years of experienceas a manager.
• Masters degree in human resourcesbusiness administration.
• Professionalcertifications (CHRM SHRM CIPD) are highlydesirable.
• Comprehensive understanding of HRfunctions employment law and bestpractices.
• Proven ability to handle multiplepriorities in a fastpacedenvironment.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at alllevels of the organization.
• Saudi Nationalsonly.
