HR Service Delivery LMS Coordinator,

you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Performing Learning processes in line with global directions, legal standards and country specific requirements, existing policies, and procedures

Providing active administrative support for Learning systems users

Providing answers and solutions to all incoming queries from 3M employees

Conducting processes in accordance with the procedures and regulations, with the highest standards of time and quality accordingly to agreed SLAs.

Your Skills and

ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following

qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution

Minimum 1-2 year work experience in HR (especially in Learning area)

Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures

Preferably experience with: LSO; Develop U; Webex; Reporting& Analytics; Workday, SalesForce

Fluency in English.
