One of our prestigious clients inKingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking to hire Insulation Supervisorwho will be responsible for but not limited to:Job OverviewSeekingan Insulation Supervisor to lead and oversee insulation activitieswithin the shipbuilding organization. The selected candidate willbe responsible for ensuring the effective installation andmaintenance of insulation systems onboard vessels while adhering toindustry standards and safetyprotocols

• Direct and supervise theinstallation maintenance and repair of insulation systems onboardvessels ensuring compliance with project specifications safetyregulations and quality standards.
• Attempt toact as a mentor to trainees in the insulationdepartment.
• Ideally the candidate should have acertification as an assessor or be willing to becomeone.
• Despite the challenges it is imperative toensure that all insulation activities adhere to industry standardsand requirements.
• Collaborate with otherdepartments to overcome the inevitable obstacles faced ininsulation operations.
• Manage availableresources as efficiently aspossible.
• Prioritize safety at all times giventhe potentially hazardous nature of insulation materials andprocesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelorsdegree in Engineering or a related field preferred with additionalcertifications or training in shipbuilding or related disciplinesbeing advantageous.
• Strong Englishcommunication skills are required.
• A documentedhistory of being a certified assessor would bepreferred.
• Ideally the candidate should have adocumented history of working at prominent shipbuildingorganizations.
• Experience working on projectsadhering to top classification society standards/requirements wouldbe desirable.
