The Marketing Communications & Content Director will play a pivotal role in executing our brand identities and engaging our target audience through creative and impactful marketing communications & content strategies & leading marketing functions;Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across all marketing functions.

Lead the creation of compelling and engaging content across various platforms including social media, digital marketing, public relation, communication, campaigns,

content and more.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals

Analyse marketing data and metrics to optimise campaigns and measure success

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts

Lead & develop a talented team, communicate our brands narrative, and design & drive innovation in our marketing communication strategies.

Manage and be responsible for marketing functional budgets, monthly reporting, analysis and project management.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA /additional certifications are a plus.Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies in the entertainment & hospitality industry (as well as adjacent industries like sports, music and events).

Demonstrated success in designing engaging content across various platforms to drive brand awareness, conversion into ticket sales and followers as well customer engagement.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics to track and optimise campaign performance.

Experience in managing budgets and delivering results within set financial targets.

Ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with media partners and influencers.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
