• Strategic Brand Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with KeeTa's vision and mission, translating brand elements into go-to-market strategies.• Marketing Campaign Leadership: Lead the development and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, OOH, and digital advertising.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and operations, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution of integrated marketing initiatives.• Performance Measurement: Measure and analyze the success of campaigns and activities, provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization based on local insights.• Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor and report on brand health and industry trends, providing strategic insights to the management team.• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.• Innovation Driver: Bring fresh thinking and propose new marketing ideas/ campaigns based on local insights and trends.Skills• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.• Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.• 5-6 years of proven experience in branding and marketing communication, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, or related industries.• Demonstrated success in developing andexecuting integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement.• Experience in establishing and managing partnerships with restaurants or similar stakeholders.• Ability to quickly respond to changing market conditions and customer needs.• A self-starter with a strong can-do attitude with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.• Deep understanding of the Saudi ecosystem, dynamics and general Food scene.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
