Job Summary: Responsible for managing project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Projects engineer will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed safely and in accordance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Qualifications: University Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Preference for PMP certificate. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience out of which 5 years in professional projects management, engineering, and similar in projects managing & administration. Responsibilities: Directing and managing sites project operations and activities. Coordinating purchasing and engineering activities. Managing work plans and workflows. Attending stakeholder meetings. Addressing problems and complaints. Leading successful project implementation and delivery. Reviewing and recommending contracts and cost estimates. Maintaining good relationships with clients. As minimum: Coordination with Projects Control to finalize Project schedule for all disciplines. Insure actual verifications of design to all disciplines - HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Extinguishing Systems. Site coordination with consultant/client to finalize design & shop DWG's approvals, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Extinguishing Systems. Pushing starting Site Mobilization & logistic supply as per schedule. Issuing - Requesting site materials, as per schedule. Issuing executing all works thru in house manpower / & Subcontractors. Insure approval to all suppliers & materials. Insure inspection of delivered materials/equipment before sign delivery note. Insure issuing Invoices as per contract & obtaining consultant/clients approvals. Insure processing Sub Contractor invoices as per their contracts. Insure issuing Change & Variation orders / claims & processing to client approval. Insure proper preliminary & final handing over closing all punch list items. Insure finalizing Testing & Operation & handing over doc. AS Built DWG's & obtain client approval doc's. Insure PPE to all ALDour & S/C manpower. Insure to follow ALDour QMS in Cor. & Doc. numbering & saving & backup. Insure all Additional Works & Variation Order should have Approval Documented before executing the Works on Site. Skills & Knowledge: Fluent in written and spoken English. Leadership and supervisory skills. Oral and written communication skills and ability to assimilate technical reports. Advanced administrative practices including planning, programs setting and implementation, evaluation, project management, supervision of staff directly or indirectly. Methods, materials, techniques used in construction. Practice of research of solutions. Able to handle pressure without letting it detract from quality of work. Dependable and able to act with discretion. Computer Skills: Excel & Words. Auto Cad a preference. #J-18808-Ljbffr
