Mental Health Nurse Arabic Speaker - Hiring Urgently

Our client a premier medicalfacility is currently looking for a Mental Health Nurse to be basedin Eastern Province Saudi Arabia. For this role you will have thefollowing responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensiveassessments of patients mental health status includingpsychological social and emotional factors utilizing standardizedassessment tools and clinicaljudgment.
  
• Develop individualizednursing care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teammembers incorporating evidencebased interventions and therapeuticmodalities to address patients psychiatric and behavioralneeds.
  
• Administer psychiatricmedications monitor therapeutic responses and assess for adverseeffects following prescribed protocols and medication managementguidelines.
  
• Provide psychoeducationto patients and families about mental health conditions treatmentoptions medication management coping strategies and communityresources promoting patient and family engagement incare.
  
• Facilitate therapeutic groupscounseling sessions and crisis interventions to support patients inmanaging symptoms improving coping skills and achieving treatmentgoals.
  
• Collaborate withpsychiatrists psychologists social workers and other mental healthprofessionals to coordinate care develop treatment plans and ensurecontinuity of care acrosssettings.
  
• Monitor patients safetyassess for risk of selfharm or harm to others and implementappropriate interventions to ensure a safe therapeuticenvironment.
  
• Document nursingassessments interventions and outcomes accurately and timely inelectronic health records (EHR) systems maintaining confidentialityand compliance with regulatorystandards.
  
• Participate ininterdisciplinary treatment team meetings case conferences andquality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomesand program effectiveness.
  
• Engage inongoing professional development activities including continuingeducation training in evidencebased practices and participation inprofessional organizations related to behavioral healthnursing.
  

Requirements

Tobe considered for this role you need to meet the followingcriteria:

• A Bachelors Degree inNursing is required.
  
• Candidates mustpossess a minimum of 5 years of experience in ClinicalNursing.
  
• 2 years experience inMental/Behavioral HealthNursing.
  
• Must be eligible to takethe SCFHS exam.
  
• Preferably withvalid SCFHS Nursing Specialist/Technicianlicense/certificate.
  
• Currentlicensure as a professional registerednurse.
  
• Proficient inEnglish
