• TheInfrastructure Lead s role is to manage and tune in-house or hostedenvironment computer software systems and network connections toensure stable operations, high levels of availability, and securityof the supported business applications and agency IT This includesdeveloping, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functionalareas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure,data communications, and telecommunications The Infrastructure Leadwill also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware andsoftware problems in a timely and accurate fashio This individualalso participates in the planning and implementation of policiesand procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance thatis consistent with company goals, industry best practices, andregulatory requirements, as well as a working knowledge of theskills to provision, manage, monitor, and decommission cloud
